A single mother of 3 young children, Charlotte flies the flag for raising resilient children, and is the ultimate foodie both at work and home!

Kathy – Operations and Office Co-ordinator

Understanding, pragmatic and trustworthy

What you don’t know:
A typical old 80s rocker, Kathy years in corporate catering don’t come anywhere near her love for Bon Jovi – or her cats!

Tom – Customer Support

Passionate, dedicated and incredibly organised

What do you don’t know:
One of the most passionate guys you’ll speak to, Tom is a wonderful Dad of two young girls and a massive football fan.

Harry – Customer Support

Extremely hardworking, resilient, and motivated

What you don’t know:
Harry loves homemade food, and when he’s not eating or working, he loves to fish and follow sports, often with Tom!

Mandi – Kitchen Manager

A true kitchen expert, incredibly hardworking and flexible

What you don’t know:
Mandi loves a whacky hairstyle; she’s currently sporting a lilac do which will have changed in a week’s time!

Fiona – Head Driver

Team player , knowledgeable, cracking sense of humour

What you don’t know:
A lover of horses and a good sing song, Fiona’s always here to lift our spirits!

Ivor - Driver

Approachable, trustworthy, and incredibly friendly

What you don’t know:
If Ivor’s not busy keeping local curry houses in business, he’s elbow deep creating his own Indian feast for his family (including daughters, Charlotte & Sophie)!

Manik – Driver

Punctual, smart and committed

Manik is a father of four and ultimate wind up merchant!

Becky – Driver

Personable, helpful, and courteous

What you don’t know:
The most important things in Becky’s life are music and family, closely followed by a growing love for healthy cooking.

Rachel – Driver

Composed, polite and accommodating

What you don’t know:
Guaranteed Rachel will be quiet and considerate when delivering, but once she’s behind the wheel she’s most likely belting out a bit of ABBA!

Nigel – Driver

Incredibly friendly, jovial and helpful

Nigel is one of the jolliest guys you’ll meet; it helps that he used to dress up as a clown!

Chris - Driver

Humble, kind and funny

Here by recommendation, Chris is a likeable scouser with a dry sense of humour!

Our Kitchen Team

Though you may never be lucky enough to see them, our kitchen team are literally up before the crack of dawn, preparing your orders. Headed up by Mandi, these lovely ladies include: Ann-Marie, Fiona, Helene, Jo-ann, Magda, Marija, Rachel, Rebecca, Shanice and Ulla.

We are SO proud to call our team honouree family members. Jo-ann and Marija have been working for Charlotte for over 10 years, with the rest of team following closely behind or are new arrivals to our support our ever-growing kitchen.
